Who is responsible?
AMLCode is operated by Legal Entity Compliance OÜ, registry code 17376873, Valukoja tn 8/1, Lasnamäe, 11415 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. We are the controller for the personal information described here. Contact privacy@amlcode.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.
Registering your interest
The form asks only for your email address. We use it to send updates about AMLCode’s launch and availability, based on your consent when you select Notify me. Providing your address is optional. We do not use this form to collect identity documents or run AML checks.
Alongside your email address, we store the registration date and the version of the consent wording shown to you. We use launch-email dates to apply our retention period. Our email service may also record technical information about registration, delivery and unsubscribe requests. Checking the format of an email address does not verify who owns the mailbox.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our launch emails or by contacting privacy@amlcode.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
How long we keep your address
We retain your email address while we need it to send you updates about AMLCode’s launch. We delete it when it is no longer needed for this purpose, and no later than 12 months after your registration or our last launch-related email to you, whichever is later.
We may keep a minimal record of an unsubscribe request to ensure we respect your choice. If you separately become a customer or contact us about another matter, records needed for that separate purpose are handled separately.
Our service providers
We use Brevo to manage launch-interest contacts and email communications, Vercel to host this website, and Cloudflare to route incoming email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Website requests can include technical information such as IP addresses and request logs, used to operate and protect the website.
Our providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the EEA or UK, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms provide for transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and applicable UK provisions. You can request information about the safeguards relevant to your data, including a copy where applicable, by emailing privacy@amlcode.co.uk. Provider information is available from Brevo, Vercel and Cloudflare.
Enquiries and website security
If you email us, we use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry. Our legitimate interests are answering requests and operating a secure website. Keep sensitive identity evidence out of general email enquiries. Enquiry and security records are retained only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations.
Website analytics and storage
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this website and to improve it. The statistics include page views, referring websites, approximate location, and browser and device information. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and reports aggregated visitor statistics. We remove query parameters and fragments from page URLs before sending page-view events, and do not send email addresses or form contents to analytics. We do not use advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may still process request information to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through the interest form.
You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or, where applicable, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or your local supervisory authority.
